Hello! Our Baby Sierra....

After much thought, I've decided to make my daily life an open book. Here's the scoop:

Lately, I've been doing a lot of work with people who are just beginning to start their own businesses on the Internet. I've also been giving a lot of interviews on the home business process.

The one question I'm asked the most is this:

"What is your work-at-home day like?"

Most people cannot imagine what daily life would be like if they had to work at home.

People wonder and ask:

"What do you do? How much time do you put in? What kinds of things make up your day? Do you like working at home? What exactly is involved in running a home-based business?"

Because I hear these questions so often, I've decided to begin an online journal which documents my daily life.

It will be sort of like "Reality TV" for the home-business owner!

I'm putting myself and my life out there. You will hear about the good, the great, the bad, and even the ugly!

I might update my journal every day, or sometimes only once a week… or whenever a specific idea or thought strikes me. I'm not going for perfect grammar or sentence structure here - the idea is to give YOU an idea of what it takes to run your own successful business from your home.

You'll hear about work and play (in life you MUST play as well!), my family, my devotion to PawsWatch (a non-profit cat rescue group), and more… I will also spend time discussing the different marketing techniques I'm testing.

I always say: It is one thing to get your business established on the Internet and deal with the 'nitty gritty.' It's quite another to have people that you don't know come to your website, read about what you are offering, take out their credit cards, and make a purchase. You MUST market and get people to your site.

I won't hold anything back. Sometimes my thoughts are controversial and might even offend. However, my goal is to be completely honest and share what actually goes on in my daily life and in my business.

I suggest that you bookmark this page, and check back every few days. I think it will help you tremendously in your home-business success, and will also be a regular motivational boost! Take advantage of every opportunity to have to grow in your business and see what others are doing to make it happen.

My life is now an open book… I sincerely look forward to helping you with your home-based business!
