Oh my! What a weekend it has been. I had SO much fun yesterday watching the New England Patriots win the Super Bowl. I am a HUGE fan - and it was so rewarding. Tom Brady - What can I say?!

Doug and I went to our friend's house in Jupiter, FL for the game. They have a gazebo where they set up a large screen TV for the game. Talk about a bunch of Patriots fans in one room! I have never seen so many Ty Law jerseys in my life.. I have posted a few pictures from the event below. Watching the Super Bowl outside with a T-shirt on is quite a switch for a "usually bundled up" New Englander!

Also, I woke up this morning to find a WONDERFUL email in my inbox. One of my online businesses that I run is called SportsToSchool (www.SportsToSchool.com). In a nutshell, SportsToSchool helps high school athletes get recruited to play sports in college. We take the opposite approach that recruiting services take. We believe that recruiting services don't work and are very expensive. Instead, we believe that high school athletes must take a proactive role and get involved with the recruiting process. High school athletes must put themselves out there, contact college coaches themselves, and GET NOTICED.

We provide the high school athletes with their own websites where they can showcase themselves, their pictures, their stats, etc. We also provide them with a database of college coaches and their contact information. We also have many bonuses that we offer including sample recruiting letters, phone scripts, etc.

I woke up this morning to find this email in my inbox:

"You have a great tool here. I e-mailed Ryan’s [his son's] web page to many coaches in the Great Lakes area. They all responded to it and after several visits to different universities Ryan was offered a football scholarship at Tiffin University in Ohio.

Tell your customers if they do a little work and get the student athletes name out there to these colleges and universities, they all will come calling. Again, many thanks, your product is outstanding……..Patrick Dunn, proud father. "

I am thrilled! We have high school athletes in all 50 states and in 35 countries around the world using our service. The fact that we are helping kids get college scholarships is very rewarding.

In terms of building a business online and earning a living from it - there is no doubt. It is certainly possible. You just need to take the initiative and create a product that your audience will need, and market, market, market!
